4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and content created by MonkMindset remain our property until full payment is received. Once the project is completed and paid in full, the intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to use completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refund requests are subject to project status. Work that has already been completed is non-refundable. Cancellations must be communicated in writing, and any work done up to that point will be billed accordingly.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive project-related information. We do not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses due to service interruptions, project delays, or unforeseen technical issues. Clients should ensure that they have backup copies of all critical project data.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to adhere to these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or violates any laws. In such cases, any outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
